Test the extension on this page
Open Modern Table Exporter, select Scan current page, then choose the table named Quarterly operations sample below.

Standard workflow
Open the toolbar popup, scan the current page, choose a detected table, preview columns, and export.
Advanced workflow
For a scrolling grid, grant access to the current origin at the moment of capture, watch the result, and revoke access when finished.
Diagnostics
Safe diagnostics contain versions, adapter type, dimensions, permission state, timing and an error code. They never contain cell text or page identity.
